After European institutions excluded EPAC from the scope of the new EU auto insurance directive and achieved important success this year, Brussels' work in 2022 will focus on different files, including the revised safety, battery and type certification regulations for EU machinery and general products. The recently launched industry anti-tampering commitment has achieved certain results, and this issue will be raised at the next law enforcement information exchange forum organized by the European Commission.
